Module Overview

This course gives an overview of most aspects that will be covered during the study.  It tries as much as possible to be abreast with developments in the Supply chain management area by opening learner’s minds to a global perspective.

Objectives

1. Explain the basic principles of Purchasing and Supply chain management.
2. To operationalise the common terminologies that students are expected to be familiar with in course of their study.
3. To identify key areas of integration within the procurement function and other areas in entities.
